Kendall Hunt Publishing is ready to revolutionize the way K-12 school districts adopt curriculum.  Are you innovative and have great problem solving skills? We are looking for a K-12 Sales Consultant to sell products and professional development using solid arguments to prospective and current K-12 customers. You will perform cost-benefit analyses of potential and existing K-12 customers, and maintains positive customer relationships to ensure renewals and expansions.

In A Typical Work Week, K-12 Sales Consultant Will...

  • Proactively provides customer support and is resourceful and innovative in problem solving situations
  • Coordinates professional development activities and has a strong command of professional development offerings
  • Has solid knowledge base on all K-12 products and cross and up sells customers across all K-12 solutions
  • Conducts territory analytics to include research on local K-12 education climate
  • Collaborate with sales team members and other supporting departments to ensure accounts are well managed
  • Strategically selects opportunities to conduct onsite presentations within a given budget
  • Attends conventions and demonstrates a strong presence to promote Kendall Hunt products

  • Someone who has "been there" bringing sales experience from any industry that will translate into success with us
  • A listener someone who can listen to what educators are lacking and provide a solution
