We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the VP and to assist in each of the functional areas under his leadership.

In a Typical Work Day you will:

  • Supports the field team with territory updates, reporting/dashboards, expense reports, budget management and consultant support including expense report processing and reimbursement
  • Works cross-functionality with sales team, marketing, professional development and customer service to drive sales objectives
  • Manages all aspects of the exhibit process to include scheduling, shipping, maintenance of kits, budget management, and aftermath evaluation of the conference and/or exhibit
  • Assist the VP with daily operations to include report development and delivery to senior management and sales team, budget preparation and management, preparation of confidential and sensitive documents, drafting correspondence as necessary and other duties as assigned

Who You Are

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
  • Positive, "can do" attitude
  • Able to identify and implement an action plan to drive growth in territory
  • Basic knowledge of the Catholic religion

Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years' experience in a comparable administrative position.  High degree of professionalism, especially on the phone; strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational, analytical and decision-making skills are essential.
