Sales Associate Responsibilities

Sales Associate Qualifications

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and sales experience
  • Requires exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication, negotiating and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to effectively manage accounts and territory
  • Positive, "can do" attitude
  • Able to identify and implement an action plan to drive growth in territory
  • Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and rapport-building skills
  • Passionate and competitive with strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of the Catholic religion
